Republic Day 2020: Know why the Constitution came into force on 26 January

26 January is of special importance in India… The Constitution of India came into force on this day, that is, the rule of law started in the country… India became independent on 15 August 1947, but after the Constitution came into force on 26 January 1950, India Truly Independence….

After the 21-gun salute, Dr. Rajendra Prasad announced the historic birth of the Indian Republic by hoisting the national flag… Actually Republic Day and 26 January are synonymous with each other in their country… Constitution of Indian Constituent Assembly on 26 November 1949 Adopted and implemented on 26 January 1950….
Now the question arises that it could have been implemented on 26 November 1949 as well, but why was the day chosen on 26 January. Let's know what were the reasons behind this… ..

⦁ On 1949, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, President of the Constituent Assembly, was given the constitution of India. The Constitution of India was prepared on this day.
⦁ 1950 - India was declared a sovereign democratic republic and the Constitution of India came into force.
पहले Chakravarti Rajagopalachari, the first and last Governor General of independent India resigned from his post and Dr. Rajendra Prasad became the first President of the country.
भारतीय The Indian National Congress session was held in Lahore in December 1929, it was presided over by Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.
प्रस्ताव The resolution passed in the session that if the British rule does not give India the post of Dominion till 26 January 1930, India will declare itself completely independent.
तक Until 26 January 1930, when the British Government did not give anything, the Congress declared the determination of complete independence of India on that day.
⦁ India celebrated 26 January 1930 as Independence Day. 26 January was celebrated as Independence Day until the country became independent in 1947.
⦁ After this the country became independent and August 15 was accepted as India's Independence Day.
⦁ Our constitution was ready by 26 November 1949. The Constitution came into force on 26 January 1950 and this day has been celebrated as Republic Day since then.
After the independence of India, the Constituent Assembly was formed. The Constituent Assembly started its work from 9 December 1946.
⦁ The Constituent Assembly held a total of 114 days at the time of constitution making. The press and public had the freedom to participate in its meetings.
Two handwritten copies of the Constitution were signed on 24 January 1950… two days after that, i.e. on 26 January, the Constitution came into force throughout the country…. These copies of Indian Constitution are written by hand in Hindi and English… These Copies are kept in the Library of Parliament House….
Explain that the Indian Constitution was written by hand, which is still safe in the Library of Parliament… It took two years, 11 months and 18 days to prepare it .. The Constitution of India is the largest hand written constitution in the world. It is said .. Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was the chairman of the drafting committee of the constitution… India calls a foreign head of state as the chief guest on the occasion of its Republic Day. Tables of the states are taken out at India Gate and a 21-gun salute is given to the President…
The Beating Retreat Ceremony is organized at Vijay Chowk on 31 January in which bands of the Indian Army, Air Force and Navy take part. Apart from this, the amazing capabilities of the country's army are also demonstrated at Rajpath.
Like every year, the Beating the Retreat event celebrated this year after Republic Day will be held on January 29 at the Raisina Hills and Vijay Chowk venue. This event means the formal announcement of the end of the Republic Day celebrations. Evening At exactly 6 pm, the buggers play the tune of the retreat and the tricolor is lifted…
